Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ExportWinner AI uses cookies, browser storage and similar technical tools in connection with the website and the platform.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files stored on a device by a website. Local storage and session storage are browser storage technologies that can also remember preferences or authentication state. EU public guidance distinguishes essential/operational cookies from optional cookies such as analytics or third-party tracking, which generally require user choice before activation.
2. How ExportWinner currently uses storage
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential authentication storage | Keeps users signed in and attaches the authorization token to API requests. | Required to provide the logged-in service. |
| Workspace preferences | Remembers interface language, form choices, layout preferences and cookie notice choice. | Required or preference-based depending on the feature. |
| Security and operational logs | Helps detect errors, abuse, rate limit issues and service failures. | Required for service security and reliability. |
| Payment provider storage | May be used by payment or billing portals when users manage subscriptions. | Managed by the payment provider and its own policy. |
| Analytics or marketing cookies | Not enabled by default in this template. If added later, they should be blocked until consent is given. | Consent required before activation. |
3. Essential cookies do not need marketing consent
Storage that is strictly necessary for login, security, billing access, preferences requested by the user or service delivery can be used without optional marketing consent. Users can still block storage in their browser, but some features may stop working.
4. Optional cookies
If ExportWinner later adds analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded chat, heatmaps or similar non-essential tools, the product should show a consent banner with clear choices such as "Reject optional cookies" and "Accept optional cookies" before those tools load.
5. Managing preferences
Users can delete cookies and local storage from their browser settings. If a cookie banner is shown, users should be able to change their choice from this page or through a visible privacy control.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies, browser storage or related privacy matters, users can contact Gogodigital S.r.l.s., P. IVA 12692491009, Via Nizza 59, 00198 - Roma (RM), Italy, by email at amministrazione@gogodigital.it or by telephone at 3293713607/8.
